As a boy, Jim spent a lot of time with his mom and dad at their real estate company, Home Sales, Inc. in Tacoma. You could say real estate is in his blood. Over the years, he's seen hundreds of satisfied clients in the family business and hundreds more over the past 18 years in his own career. Customer satisfaction is no accident. Jim was a Broker and Manager with Tomlinson Black Downtown, part of the largest real estate firm in the inland northwest. He has also served as a consultant and trainer for Tomlinson Black Affiliate Services and has won national awards for marketing, in addition to being cited in Remodeling Magazine. Jim is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Residential Marketing Master (RMM).
